Responsibilities:

Manage website operations and coordinate delivery across business and technical teams Translate business needs into clear user stories and prioritize development tickets in Jira Partner with IT to plan sprint capacity, track deliverables, and resolve blockers Gather requirements, support stakeholder communication, and help align solutions to business goals Monitor site performance and support technical SEO, platform improvements, and issue triage

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience coordinating or managing web delivery in a cross-functional environment Bachelor's Degree Hands-on experience working with IT teams, writing user stories, and managing sprint cycles in Jira Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices, including backlog grooming and sprint planning Experience with enterprise CMS platforms Experience with Google Analytics 4 Knowledge of web deployment flows from UAT through production

Desired Skills:

Sitecore experience Exposure to web tools and integrations such as chatbots, localization, customer reviews, or AEO and SEO practices Technical understanding of website performance and core web vitals Experience supporting content authors on a technical level
