Telecommunications Sales Agent (Immediate)

Our company is expanding and currently seeking a motivated Telecommunications Sales Agent to join our growing team. As a Telecommunications Sales Agent, you will be responsible for supporting sales, strengthening our customer relationships, and providing outstanding customer service while still representing our client's telecommunications products and services. The Telecommunications Sales Agent position focuses on building strong customer relationships while also supporting sales growth through effective communication and professional customer service. Our Telecommunications Sales Agent team works directly with customers to help identify their needs and present the best Frontier services and solutions! A strong Telecommunications Sales Agent understands how customer service and sales work together to create a positive experience for every customer. As a Telecommunications Sales Agent, you will continue developing professional sales skills while helping our team achieve consistent sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Telecommunications Sales Agent Responsibilities :

Represent telecommunications services through direct sales interactions with customers Assist customers with account setups, service upgrades, and Frontier product information as a Telecommunications Sales Agent Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales initiatives Stay up to date on detailed knowledge of products, services, promotions, and sales opportunities Work closely with other Telecommunications Sales Agents and leadership to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction

Qualifications For Our Telecommunications Sales Agent:

High school diploma or GED Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Previous customer-facing or sales support experience is beneficial Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships. Interest in developing sales skills and growing within the Telecommunications Sales Agent role Successful Telecommunications Sales Agents are confident communicators who enjoy developing customer relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to the growth of our telecommunications sales team!

Pay:

$4,500.00 - $6,400.00 per month
