We are committed to delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and safety in demanding field conditions. We are seeking a Telecommunications Specialist to join our team. Employee is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex telecommunication systems in industrial settings. Your expertise will ensure seamless communication networks, supporting our operational needs and client requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects involving fiber optic splicing, network installation, and equipment repair, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot telecommunication systems including Ethernet networks, Cisco routers, Juniper equipment, and VoIP solutions Perform fiber splicing and cabling using low voltage wiring standards such as Cat5, Cat6, and NEC guidelines Conduct field service visits to install or repair telecommunication equipment at client sites Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to facilitate accurate system setup and troubleshooting Maintain and repair network hardware including switches, routers, servers, and computer hardware components Use hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment to ensure proper system operation Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating technical information and resolving client issues efficiently Skills Extensive knowledge of CCTV systems, electrical experience, and telecommunication infrastructure Proven experience with fiber splicing, cabling (Cat5/Cat6), LAN setup, and network installation Strong understanding of computer networking principles including Ethernet, LANs (Local Area Networks), and data center environments Familiarity with Cisco routers, Juniper devices, Avaya telephony systems, and VoIP technology Ability to read schematics accurately and troubleshoot complex electrical or network issues Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other technical diagnostic equipment Company offers Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance plus 401K option. Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
