Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telemarketer - Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging prospects through outbound calls and warm calling strategies to generate qualified appointments for our sales representatives. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive business development efforts, helping us expand our customer base and achieve growth targets. Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to introduce our products and services Engage potential customers with persuasive communication, emphasizing the value of our solutions Qualify leads by assessing client needs and matching them with appropriate offerings Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects, ensuring smooth handoffs Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and scheduled appointments within CRM software such as Salesforce Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment conversion rates Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments and nurture ongoing relationships Requirements Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or technical sales environments Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to handle objections confidently Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking interactions and managing leads Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with exceptional customer service skills Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively, including warm calling techniques to maximize engagement Knowledge of marketing principles and business development strategies to identify high-potential prospects Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about connecting with people, driving sales growth, and developing your career in a vibrant team setting!
