Essential Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse license in good standing Minimum of 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, interpretation of arrhythmias, and rapid response protocols Experience floating to MedSurg units preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care for adult telemetry patients, including continuous cardiac monitoring, assessment, and intervention Float to the MedSurg unit when necessary, adapting quickly to various patient populations and workloads Administer medications, implement physician orders, and document patient progress accurately Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute patient care plans Provide education, support, and compassion to patients and their families Uphold best practices and facility protocols to ensure patient safety and care outcomes
