June Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license Demonstrated experience in Telemetry or Medical-Surgical units (Med Surg, RN-Tele, RN - Med Surg, RN - Telemetry) Strong assessment, monitoring, and documentation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Commitment to evidence-based patient care and safety practices Effective communication, teamwork, and adaptability in diverse healthcare settings

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care within designated Med Surg and Telemetry units Monitor, assess, and record vital signs and patient progress Administer medications and manage IV lines according to protocols Respond promptly to patient needs, physician orders, and clinical changes Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans Educate patients and families on treatment, post-discharge instructions, and ongoing health needs Uphold organizational standards for safety, confidentiality, and compliance
