Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contracted Occupational Therapist position is available to provide specialized services within a school setting, focusing on supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This role emphasizes telehealth delivery and school-based therapy interventions, designed to enhance student participation and success.

Work Schedule:
10 hours per week (1 day); flexible option to complete paperwork remotely
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services via telehealth and in-person school-based sessions to K-12 students. Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students educational goals. Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional participation. Document therapy progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with regulatory standards. Provide consultation to teachers and parents to support generalization of therapy goals within the classroom and home settings.
Qualifications and Experience:
Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials to practice in Oregon. Experience with telehealth delivery of occupational therapy services. Previous experience working in schools or with K-12 populations preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills to ensure efficient service delivery and documentation. This position offers the flexibility of a part-time schedule with the convenience of remote paperwork completion.
