Category Schools - OT - Telehealth Job Type Contract A part-time Occupational Therapist with expertise in telehealth and school-based therapy is sought for a school setting in Lexington, TX. This contract position involves providing occupational therapy services remotely and on-site to support student development and functional independence within the educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to student needs via telehealth and in-person sessions. Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals within classroom activities. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with professional and school requirements. Participate in meetings related to Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and contribute to goal-setting processes. Adapt therapy approaches to accommodate a diverse student population and special education mandates.

Desired Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with current state licensure. Experience providing occupational therapy services in school settings. Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery. Strong communication skills to liaise with students, families, and school personnel. Ability to work part-time hours flexibly to meet student needs.
