Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Honor Branch Honor Bank | Honor, MI Full-Time | $17.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM No evenings. No weekends. Join Our Team at Honor Bank Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional service? Honor Bank is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at our Honor Branch . As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers , providing outstanding service while handling financial transactions, solving problems, and connecting customers with the right banking solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and takes pride in creating positive customer experiences. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and through other channels with professionalism and care Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments) accurately and efficiently Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services Resolve customer questions and concerns with effective problem-solving Balance cash drawers and maintain accuracy in all transactions Support branch operations including mail processing, documentation, and communications Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations (BSA, CIP, OFAC) Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and deliver excellent service What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Cash handling experience preferred (but not required—we will train!)
