Job Summary Security Public Storage is seeking a motivated, career-oriented individual to assist with operating and selling storage units at our busy Ashburn, VA facility .

• 6:00 PM This temporary position runs from April 1, 2026 through December 15, 2026 . Compensation & Perks $16.00 per hour $10
• 20 commission for every storage unit rented on Saturday and Sunday Estimated to add $1
• 2 per hour , bringing potential total earnings to approximately $17
• $18 per hour Employee discount on storage units Opportunities for advancement Commission and estimated earnings are representative.

Actual earnings will depend on individual sales performance. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day facility operations Provide exceptional customer service , including addressing and resolving customer questions and concerns professionally Sell storage units through phone, walk-in, and email inquiries using company Call Flow Guidelines Complete leases and related documentation accurately and efficiently Follow up on delinquent accounts through phone, text, and email communication Maintain excellent curb appeal throughout the office and facility, including sweeping units, cleaning hallways, and removing debris Qualifications Sales or marketing experience or a strong sales mindset Enjoys interacting with customers and the public Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using CRMs, web browsers, and Microsoft Office Previous property management experience is a plus Valid driver's license required
