Temporary Unarmed Security Guard - Outdoor Special Event

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Temporary Security Guard for Outdoor Special Events! As a vital part of our event operations, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure atmosphere, managing access points, and providing exceptional security services to attendees, staff, and vendors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be on the front lines of memorable events while utilizing your security expertise and proactive mindset. This outdoor event will take place from June 5th to 7th, 2026. The available shift starts from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM for Perimeter Security and Weapons Detection.

Please keep in mind that you will have to be on your feet for a significant portion of the shift. Basic I9 documents required: Active Drivers license or State ID Social Security Card or Birth Certificate or Passport Background check is also required for this position

• 6:00 PM Open availability and reliable transportation preferred Responsibilities Monitor event perimeters and access points to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure safety compliance.

Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, applying conflict management skills to de-escalate situations effectively. Providing immediate assistance to anyone in need. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during emergencies or security breaches. Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and visitor movements throughout the event. Enforce loss prevention measures by observing suspicious behavior and deterring theft or vandalism. Skills Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields with a strong understanding of security protocols. Familiarity with surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and other monitoring tools. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations calmly and professionally. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and CCTV surveillance best practices. Strong observational skills with attention to detail during visual inspections and fence checks. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels throughout shifts.
