Job Description SummaryReporting to the Director of Tenders, the Tender Specialist receives submission requests and prepares offers for North American clients.
Prepare the submission in collaboration with the engineering and procurement teams.
Receive client orders and execute the transfer to the project management team.
Communicate the progress of offers to the client on a regular basis.
Experience in an industrial environment.
Proficiency in an ERP (preferably SAP).Bilingual in French/English. You must have legal authorization to work in Canada, and any job offer is conditional upon successful pre-employment verification.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Sense of urgency, ability to make quick decisions.
Collaboration, communication, and influencing ability.
Rigorous, versatile, able to work under pressure.
The role requires communication with clients, suppliers, and international carriers, thus bilingualism in English/French is mandatory.

3 years of experience in customer service.3 years of experience in submission preparation.Experience in an industrial environment.
