JOB DUTIES

• Set up and takedown of tents, stages, dance floors, lighting, tables, chairs, etc.
• Loading and unloading of trucks.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and repairing equipment.
• On-site interaction with clients.
• Uphold company safety standards and ensure appropriate safety procedures are followed.
• Other duties as requested.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to stand and be physically active for several hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs. with the assistance of carts and dollies
• Work is primarily outdoors in all weather conditions for event setups and teardowns.
• Occasional indoor warehouse work environment during order prep, cleaning, and maintenance.

EDUCATION & SKILLS

• A high school diploma/GED or progress towards earning one is required.
• Close attention to detail, a quick learner, and a strong work ethic are required.
• Basic reading and speaking skills in English are required.
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is strongly preferred.
• Rental industry experience is preferred but not required.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

• This is a part-time seasonal role, primarily May-October or summer break (for students).
• Weekly hours are based on need, but generally expect to be working between 25 and 50 hours weekly
• Generally workdays are Monday-Friday and hours are 6am until conclusion of work for the day.
• Weekend work may be required occasionally
• Hourly rate will be paid for work time and time spent traveling to and from jobs
• Warehouse is located in Weston, WI. Job site locations are throughout the greater Wausau area and all of central/northern WI
• Transportation will be provided for you from our warehouse to the jobsites.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be legal to work in the United States.
• Hourly rates are based on prior work experience.

Rates start at $14/hour and up for crew members based on experience.

From $16.00 per hour
