Tent Installer - Event Crew

Position Overview Diamond Event & Tent is Utah's premier event and party rental company with over 40 years of excellence serving the Wasatch Front and beyond. We are seeking dedicated, hardworking Tent Installers to join our passionate crew. As a Tent Installer, you will be on the front lines of bringing our clients' event visions to life — setting up and tearing down large-scale tent structures for weddings, corporate events, festivals, and more. Key Responsibilities Transport, set up, and dismantle large commercial tents and structures at event sites across Utah Load and unload tent poles, stakes, frames, sidewalls, and other heavy equipment from company vehicles Safely operate power tools, mallets, and other installation equipment Inspect tent structures for proper installation, safety, and quality before and after each event Follow crew leader instructions to complete installations efficiently and on schedule Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with crew members, supervisors, and clients Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards Assist with deliveries, pickups, and general warehouse duties as required Physical Requirements

THIS IS A HIGHLY PHYSICALLY DEMANDING ROLE.

All candidates must be capable of: Lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy objects regularly weighing 50-100+ lbs Standing, bending, kneeling, and working on your feet for extended shifts (8-12+ hours) Working in all weather conditions including extreme heat, cold, wind, and rain Climbing ladders and working at various heights safely Performing repetitive physical tasks such as hammering stakes and raising tent poles Qualifications & Requirements

BILINGUAL REQUIRED

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (read, write, and speak) Prior experience in tent installation, construction, landscaping, or similar physical labor preferred Valid driver's license preferred; ability to operate company vehicles a plus Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States Schedule & Compensation Full-time positions available Schedule varies based on event calendar; weekends and early morning availability required Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement within the Diamond Event & Tent crew How to Apply Apply in person at our showroom or visit our website:
