Termite Inspector / Sales Consultant

$60K-$85K+ first-year earning potential ($45K-$50K base + uncapped commission) This is not cold calling or door-to-door sales . We provide scheduled inspections AND opportunities to build your own referral network through realtors and local partnerships. This position has the ability to grow into the termite department manager. What You'll Do Conduct scheduled termite and pest inspections for homeowners (no cold calling) Educate customers and recommend appropriate protection solutions Prepare quotes and close service agreements Build referral relationships with realtors, property managers, and local businesses Attend networking events to grow your pipeline over time What This Job Is Mix of company-provided opportunities + self-generated referrals Relationship-based selling (not high-pressure retail sales) Field-based role (you will be out in the community daily) What We're Looking For 6+ months in sales, service, or customer-facing roles Comfortable working outdoors and inspecting properties Motivated by income growth and performance goals Strong communication skills and professionalism Requirements Must be comfortable working outdoors daily Must be comfortable with sales goals and closing deals Must be willing to attend networking events and build relationships
