Test Center Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Test Center Administrator to oversee testing operations at our facility in Mentor, Ohio. This long-term contract position involves maintaining a secure and compliant testing environment, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth experience for test-takers. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to enforce policies consistently.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome test-takers upon arrival and verify their identification to ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct security checks and enforce compliance with all testing policies and procedures.
• Monitor the testing room by performing regular walkthroughs to prevent cheating and ensure a fair environment.
• Maintain a composed and calm atmosphere while observing and enforcing test rules.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting any incidents or irregularities occurring during testing sessions.
• Assist with basic reception duties and general office tasks as required.
• Ensure adherence to the dress code and maintain a neat appearance.
• Support the implementation of procedures that uphold the integrity of the testing process.
• Address inquiries from test-takers and provide clear, helpful information.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with regulations.
