Test Lab Manager

KRG has partnered with a global manufacturing company who is looking to add a Test Lab Manager to oversee lab activities and the development and performance of products.

Duties and responsibilities:

Training and overseeing the development of lab personnel Creating reports to management on the availability of activities and resources Creating test, methods, processes, and plans and procedures Reviewing and documenting product test results Ensuring the safety and efficiency of lab activities As this position includes the supervision of test engineers, technicians and machinists, effective leadership and communication skills are required. Job Requirements Bachelor`s degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred 4+ years of engineering management experience Previous experience in the aerospace industry preferred Strong technical writing skills Software experience including MS Excel, CAD, coding, data acquisition Experience with RTCA DO-160 and/or

MIL-STD-8106G

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
