Job Description
The Therapeutic Specialist is responsible for working with the direct care specialist on shift to help counteract adverse behaviors. We use a Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) model and trauma-informed strategies to help mitigate risks. We are an emergency shelter for children in state foster care custody. The hours may vary with multiple shifts available to include overnight, mornings, mid-day and on call for the weekend. Additional hours could be provided as needed.
