Position Summary The Therapeutic Supervised Visit Coordinator (PRN) provides supervised and therapeutic visitation services for children and their parents or caregivers involved in the child welfare or family court system. This role supports safe parent-child interaction, emotional regulation, and family engagement while ensuring compliance with court orders and agency guidelines. This position is open to licensed mental health professionals as well as master's-level clinicians who are registered interns depending on experience and case requirements. Schedule Expectations PRN / as-needed basis Evening and weekend availability required Visits may vary in length and frequency based on court orders and family needs Key Responsibilities Therapeutic & Supervised Visitation Facilitate supervised and/or therapeutic parent-child visits in accordance with court orders Support positive interaction, attachment, and emotional regulation during visits Monitor safety, boundaries, and compliance with visitation rules Intervene appropriately when safety concerns, conflict, or dysregulation occur Provide structured feedback and modeling of appropriate parenting behaviors when clinically indicated Documentation & Reporting Complete timely, accurate, and objective visit documentation Communicate concerns, progress, or recommendations related to visitation Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and ethical standards Required Qualifications (One of the following): Active Florida license as:
LMHC LCSW LMFT
Licensed Psychologist Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, psychology, or related field OR currently enrolled in a relevant graduate program Florida Registered Mental Health Intern, Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, or Registered MFT Intern preferred Additional Requirements Experience working with children and families (child welfare, dependency, foster care, or family court experience preferred) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage emotionally intense situations Reliable transportation within Pinellas County Ability to work independently while following structured guidelines Preferred Qualifications Experience with supervised or therapeutic visitation Trauma-informed care experience Knowledge of Florida

systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Experience with high-conflict families or court-involved cases Compensation Competitive PRN pay Rate commensurate with licensure, experience, and role (licensed vs. non-licensed) Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background checks, which includes a Level 2 background check, verification of employment history, education, criminal record, and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check if the position requires driving. Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
