Required Skills:

Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma (NBCOT certification preferred) Proven experience in evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans for patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders Proficiency in administering standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members Knowledge of regulatory and clinical documentation standards, including electronic health records Ability to assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and standards in line with NBCOT and state requirements Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience supervising Occupational Therapist assistants, aides, or students Familiarity with adaptive equipment and DME procurement processes Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, to better serve diverse patient populations Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation facilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation, LTC, or similar healthcare setting

Other Requirements:
