Job Description

Join Our Team as a Temp - PT - Long Term Care (LTC) (Days) in Ada, OK! Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in a long-term care setting? We re seeking a motivated professional to provide exceptional rehabilitative services, helping patients regain their independence and quality of life. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive environment, delivering patient-centered care on a day shift basis. Key Responsibilities include evaluating and rehabilitating patients with physical functioning disorders or wounds, developing tailored care plans, administering therapeutic procedures, and monitoring patient progress. You will collaborate with healthcare team members, provide patient and family counseling, and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards. Supervision of physical therapy assistants and rehabilitation aides will also be part of your role.
Required Skills:
Valid physical therapy license in Oklahoma Proven experience in acute or long-term care settings Strong assessment and clinical intervention skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to document accurately and adhere to compliance standards Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with wound care management Knowledge of assistive and supportive device usage Experience supervising therapy staff or students Bilingual skills a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor s or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Minimum of 2 years experience in physical therapy, preferably in LTC or similar environments
Other Requirements:
