Join Our Team as a Temp - Part-Time Long Term Care (LTC) Therapist in Purcell, OK Days Shift! Are you a dedicated physical therapy professional seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives? We are actively hiring for a Temp - PT position specializing in Long Term Care (LTC) for a long-term assignment. This key role offers an excellent hourly rate of $55.61 and provides a chance to deliver impactful care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Need:
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Proven experience in evaluating, planning, and implementing patient care for individuals with physical functioning disorders and wound care Strong knowledge of standardized assessments, evidence-based practices, and regulatory requirements Skilled in administering manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, wound care, and use of supportive devices Excellent communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams, patients, and families Ability to accurately document treatments, patient progress, and discharge summaries in electronic health records Capable of supervising and supporting PT assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as needed Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with rehabilitation in long-term care settings Familiarity with DME procurement and supply management Certification in wound care or specialized therapy techniques Bilingual abilities beneficial but not required
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) Previous experience working with LTC populations preferred Knowledge of APTA standards and adherence to state practice acts and ethical guidelines
Other Requirements:
