Job Description

Industrial Lincoln, AR 1st Shift $12/Hour Job Details We are a staffing agency currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Thru-Hole Assembly Technician for our client in Lincoln, AR. This position is ideal for individuals with manufacturing or electronics assembly experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. The Thru-Hole Assembly Technician plays an important role in building and preparing printed circuit boards (PCBs) for the wave soldering process while ensuring quality and accuracy at every step. In this Thru-Hole Assembly Technician role, you will be responsible for assembling PCB components according to detailed work instructions and preparing assemblies for the next stage of production. The Thru-Hole Assembly Technician must be comfortable working with small components, operating specialized equipment, and maintaining a strong focus on quality standards throughout the process. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow technical instructions, and the willingness to work both independently and as part of a production team. The Thru-Hole Assembly Technician will also be responsible for verifying kits as they arrive on the production floor and ensuring all required materials are accurate and complete before beginning assembly work. Key Responsibilities
Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) and prepare them for wave soldering
Build assemblies according to detailed work instructions
Verify kits as they arrive on the production floor
Operate component preparation equipment
Set up slide line equipment for assigned jobs
Operate hand soldering tools for component installation
Ensure all work meets IPC-610 standards and quality requirements
Fill out parts requisitions as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing preferred
Familiarity with PCB assembly processes is a plus
Ability to use hand tools and soldering equipment
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
Basic understanding of quality control standards (IPC-610 preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong reliability and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
