What the job is like:

You'll be the first person guests meet when they arrive for their cruise. You'll help them purchase tickets, answer questions, and set the tone for a great experience on the water. Some days are fast-paced and busy, especially in peak season, but the work is rewarding and the setting can't be beat. What we're looking for: Friendly, outgoing personality—you enjoy talking with people Strong communication skills (in person and on the phone) Comfortable using computers and handling transactions Able to stay organized and multitask during busy periods Reliable and a good team player The details: Season runs from early May through late October Full-time hours available during peak season Weekend and holiday work required
