6G TIG Pipe Welder - Stainless Steel | $35/hr + $100 Per Diem Field Project Work | Long-Term Opportunity We are hiring an experienced 6G TIG Pipe Welder for long-term field project work focused on GTAW (TIG) welding on stainless steel pipe. This role requires a welder capable of producing high-quality welds that meet strict fabrication and inspection standards in active jobsite environments. Pay & Schedule $35/hr $100 per diem on days worked Approximately 50 hours per week Field project work Long-term opportunity Key Responsibilities Perform precision 6G TIG welding on stainless steel pipe, including root, fill, and cap passes on Schedule 10 stainless pipe. Work will consist of on-site field welding and installation while following established weld procedures and quality standards. Welders will be responsible for producing clean, consistent welds that meet inspection requirements, reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and weld symbols, assisting with pipe fit-up when required, maintaining a safe and organized work area, and adhering to all jobsite safety procedures. Weld Test All candidates must successfully complete the following weld test: 6G TIG Purge - Schedule 10 Stainless Steel Pipe TIG Root Pass TIG Fill Passes TIG Cover (Cap) Pass Qualifications Proven experience with TIG (GTAW) pipe welding Ability to weld 6G stainless steel pipe Experience with purging stainless pipe Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols Comfortable working in field construction environments Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay:

$35.00 per hour
