Shift 1st Shift - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM What You'll Be Doing Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and Inconelponents Work from blues, weld specs, and method sheets toplete assemblies Inspect welds for quality and ensure they meet strict aerospace standards Fabricate, repair, and assembleponents as needed Monitor welding processes to prevent distortion or defects Maintain a clean,anized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For Strong TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret blues and welding specifications High attention to detail and quality control Experience mentoring or training others is a plus Interview Process Candidates willplete an onsite welding test as part of the interview to demonstrate skill level and precision Why This Role Stands Out Direct hire with a well-established, reputable aerospacepany Strong benefits package and long-term job stability Opportunity to work on specialized, high-precision products Clean, structured, and team-oriented environment Requirements High School Diploma required Trade school or welding certification preferred

Pay Details:
