What You'll Do:

•

Precision Welding and Fitting:

Weld and fit stainless tubing systems to meet 3A standards, including hangers, supports, and related items within the first year of employment. •

Safety First:

Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. •

Team Collaboration:

Review the scope of jobs with team members before and during projects. •

Professionalism:

Act and dress professionally in the shop and at customer facilities. •

Documentation:

Complete and submit all necessary documentation in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

•

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, sit, lay, climb, and lift up to 55 pounds. •

Travel Ready:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel up to 75%, including some weekends and holidays. •

Technical Skills:

Must be able to pass a 6G weld test. •

Reliability and Motivation:

We seek individuals who are reliable, motivated, knowledgeable, and respectful, with a desire to excel in welding and fitting. •
