Instagram Full Job Description SUMMARY:

As the TikTok Content Manager, we're looking for a TikTok-native content leader who knows how to build brands through culture, trends, and storytelling. This role is responsible for driving organic growth, creating viral content, and turning Beauty Creations into a must-follow account. You will own the day-to-day TikTok presence, from ideation to execution, and lead content that captures attention and builds community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Strategy & Execution Develop and execute a TikTok-first content strategy focused on growth, engagement, and cultural relevance Creative Direction Lead content ideation across product launches, campaigns, and always-on content Collaborate with creative, product, and marketing teams to align messaging and visuals Maintain a strong point of view on what works on TikTok vs. traditional social Creator & Community Growth Identify and collaborate with creators to amplify reach and content output Engage with the community through comments, replies, and trend participation Build a strong, recognizable brand voice on TikTok Performance & Optimization Track performance metrics including views, engagement, and follower growth Optimize content based on retention, hooks, and audience behavior Use insights to refine strategy and improve consistency of viral moments Cross-Platform Support Repurpose top-performing TikTok content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms Concept, shoot, and publish daily TikTok content (product, tutorials, trends, storytelling, UGC-style) Build repeatable content series that drive consistent views and follower growth Quickly react to trends, sounds, and viral moments Appears on camera content and partakes in TikTok/IG lives when needed. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years experience in social media with a strong focus on TikTok Proven track record of creating high-performing or viral content Deep understanding of TikTok trends, formats, and audience behavior Strong storytelling and creative instincts Comfortable shooting and editing content quickly Beauty experience preferred
