Full Job Description SUMMARY:

We're looking for a TikTok-obsessed Content Creator who can concept, shoot, and edit scroll-stopping content daily. This role is focused on creating high-volume, high-impact TikTok content that drives views, engagement, and product interest. You'll work closely with the TikTok Content Manager and Marketing team to bring ideas to life quickly and keep Beauty Creations at the center of trends and culture. •

MUST PROVIDE A PORTFOLIO FOR CONSIDERATION RESPONSIBILITIES

TikTok Content Creation Concept, shoot, and edit daily TikTok content (product demos, tutorials, trends, storytelling, UGC-style) Ideation & Trend Spotting Monitor TikTok trends, viral moments, and emerging formats daily Proactively pitch new content ideas in team brainstorms Identify opportunities to jump on trends in real time On-Camera Presence Appear in TikTok content as needed (tutorials, voiceovers, trends, product features) Participate in TikTok Lives to support product launches and selling moments Content Execution Shoot and edit content using tools like CapCut, Adobe, and in-app editing Ensure all content feels native to TikTok, not repurposed from other platforms Maintain a strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention Collaboration Work closely with the Creative Content Manager to align on creative direction Partner with marketing and product teams to highlight key launches and priorities Support content creation for campaigns, events, and activations Community Engagement Engage with comments and DMs to help build brand voice and community Interact with trends, creators, and audience conversations to stay culturally relevant Performance Awareness Review content performance and understand what drives views and engagement Adapt content style and approach based on learnings and feedback Off-Site & Event Content Capture and create content at events, shoots, and activations as needed Be flexible with occasional evenings or weekends for content opportunities Execute fast-turn content that aligns with current trends, sounds, and formats Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table consistently

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience in social media planning, organization, and content creation Previous experience with editing platforms and features such as Adobe and Capcut Beauty Experience preferred but not required Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and management skills Detail-oriented and passionate about social media Keen eye for typography, visual design and photography Proactive team player and collaborator Strong multi-tasker and ability to handle high-volume of work under tight deadlines Organized with exceptional time-management skills
