What You'll Own Receiving and unloading incoming wood products and materials Picking, packing, and preparing precise customer shipments Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Performing inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies Assisting with loading/unloading delivery trucks Inspecting product quality and reporting any defects Wearing appropriate PPE and following safety procedures Helping with general warehouse maintenance and upkeep Handling heavy materials safely with correct lifting methods Communicating updates on inventory levels, order status, and operational issues with supervisors and colleagues What You Bring Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred (not required) Basic math skills for counts and order processing Strong attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and work ethic Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Adaptability to overtime or weekend shifts when needed Grow with PrideStaff Join a company focused on quality wood products and teamwork inside a zero waste operation.
