TINY TOWN ATTENDANT

R&R Pet Resort is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and animal-loving individual to join our Tiny Town team! Tiny Town is our small dog daycare and boarding area, focused on providing a safe, clean and funenvironment for smaller dogs. Position Overview A Tiny Town Kennel Attendant is responsible for supervising small dogs, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, monitoring dog behavior, and ensuring each pet receives excellent care and attention throughout their stay. Responsibilities Supervise and safely handle small dogs in daycare and boarding Monitor dog behavior and group play interactions Clean and sanitize kennels, play areas, food/water bowls, and common areas Feed dogs according to individual feeding instructions Administer medications as directed Refill water bowls and monitor dogs for health concerns Rotate dogs for potty breaks and activities Follow all safety and cleaning protocols Assist with laundry and bedding throughout the shift Communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers Requirements Must love animals and feel comfortable handling dogs of all temperaments Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and clean throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 25 Team-oriented with a positive attitude Willingness to follow directions and company procedures Weekend and holiday availability required Preferred Qualifications Previous kennel, daycare, boarding, veterinary, or animal handling experience preferred but not required Work Environment This position involves: Standing and walking for extended periods Exposure to barking dogs, cleaning chemicals, pet hair, and occasional messes Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions Benefits Employee discounts on boarding, daycare, and grooming Paid sick time Holiday pay If you are dependable, hardworking, and passionate about animal care, we would love to hear from you!
