This .80 FTE position begins August 27, 2026 COMPENSATION & BENEFIT

JOB DESCRIPTION
To help students communicate appropriately through planning, implementing, and evaluation of individualized educational programs. This position requires a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment for all students. The successful candidate will demonstrate a dedication to ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed, recognizing and addressing barriers to academic achievement.
QUALIFICATIONS
State of Oregon Speech Pathology license required. National ASHA certification preferred. Preference may be given to those with ability to speak and conduct communications evaluations in Spanish. Experience working with students grades K-12.
Physical demands needed:
ability to communicate with students, co-workers, and the public; ability to communicate over the telephone; ability to respond to telephones, bells, students, co-workers, etc.; ability to respond to classroom disturbances, visual cues, student requests, etc.; ability to read written material; ability to operate office equipment; ability to carry or lift light loads (25 lbs). May be subject to student behaviors, including hitting, kicking, biting, and spitting. All applicants will be considered carefully.
