Tire and Lube Technician

Responsibilities Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs with precision and care Conduct oil changes using hand tools and power tools, following manufacturer specifications Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues, providing recommendations for repairs or maintenance Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify problems accurately and efficiently Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings clearly to team members and customers Support vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake inspections, fluid checks, and basic repairs Skills Dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred but not required Proven mechanic experience with hands-on automotive diagnostics and repairs preferred but not required. Some mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Ability to lift heavy tires or vehicle parts safely during service procedures Excellent customer service skills to assist clients professionally and courteously Knowledge of tire service, oil change procedures, and general vehicle maintenance This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their automotive expertise while delivering outstanding service.
