Job Description

Are you seeking a new opportunity to use your real estate transaction experience? Do you enjoy collaborating with clients to facilitate complex deals? Join our dynamic team in Roseville as a Title Assistant! Our client needs a detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional service through every step of the closing process. In this 6-month temp/contract role , you'll put your administrative, communication and organization skills into action while working with our real estate transactions team. What you'll do: Provide nationwide title services Play supportive role in closing an escrow transaction Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Handling the necessary documents and files for the title insurance and escrow processes Conducting title or lien searches Performing clerical tasks regarding specific escrow procedures Work closely with a licensed professional to prepare paperwork to complete transactions Types fast and accurately, checking documents for grammar, spelling and punctuation errors under tight deadlines Manage Title recordings and policies Proactively communicate with internal teams What you'll bring: 1 year of title insurance/escrow/lending experience 1 year of Microsoft Office Suite experience Intermediate typing skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities Is dependable, punctual, and professional Has great attention to detail Has a high school diploma Our team values upbeat attitudes and willingness to assist in all areas.
