The Title I Instructional Lead Coach is a vital and supportive member of the PCSD team, working collaboratively with educators, support staff, and administration to achieve the shared goal of ensuring all students receive the education they need to succeed both today and tomorrow. This role is performed within a school environment, overseen by the school principal, where teamwork and dedication to student success are paramount. All staff are expected to fully adhere to the ethical standards set forth by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission, continuously demonstrating a strong understanding of the tasks and responsibilities their roles require. Ability to provide leadership to teaching staff for the implementation of the instructional programs of the school. Proficiency required in oral and written communication, interpersonal relations, and competency in organizing, planning, and evaluating programs. Knowledge of technology and instructional strategies. Ability to implement under the direction and leadership of the school principal, the district's curriculum, and instructional programsWorking Conditions:

A valid Georgia Teaching Certificate in assigned teaching field as required by the Professional Standards Commission Strong communication and presentations skills Able to provide timely and constructive non-evaluative feedback •Minimum of 3 years classroom experience. The Board of Education and the Superintendent may accept alternatives to some of the above requirements.Essential Functions:
Assists in providing school-based professional learning Assists in purchasing resources to support curriculum and instructional needs through the local school Title I budget Assists with facilitating teacher planning in implementing instructional strategies that support the local School Improvement Plan Assists classroom teachers with developing student achievement goals and monitoring of Title I student progress through data analysis Assists, as appropriate, with extended student instructional opportunities Assists in providing school-based workshops to support parents in helping their children at home and to inform them of school programs being implemented Assists in providing instructional resources for parents at the local school through the Title I budget based on the current school level needs assessment Communicates with parents through various means Provides parents with required Title I notifications Analyzes fiscal needs and equipment needs based on the current needs assessment as well as manages and submits all purchases made from local school Title I budget as directed by the principal Maintains Title I inventory of instructional equipment and materials purchased with Title I funding Assists in identifying at-risk students Assists in developing the Title I Parent Involvement Policy and the school Title I Plan Gathers and maintains all required Title I documentation and records.
