Title Processor

Position Summary The Title Insurance Processor is responsible for managing residential and/or commercial files from receipt of order through closing and post-closing. This position requires expert-level proficiency in SoftPro and a strong understanding of the title and escrow process. Key Responsibilities Open, review, and process title orders with accuracy and timeliness Review title commitments and clear title issues Coordinate with lenders, agents, attorneys, and underwriters Prepare and issue CDs, ALTA statements, and title policies Ensure all documents are compliant and properly recorded Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the process Handle post-closing duties and policy issuance Qualifications 3+ years of experience in title processing or closing Proficiency in SoftPro required (preferably Select) Familiarity with platforms such as RamQuest, Qualia, ResWare, or similar a plus Strong knowledge of title commitments, closing disclosures, and settlement statements Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple files with precision under tight deadlines Exceptional communication and customer service skills Benefits Competitive salary based on experience PTO and paid holidays Opportunities for growth and continuing education
