Title searcher/examiner - Title Company

Job Summary:

This is a full time position. Previous experience in the title industry would be helpful, but not necessarily required. We would train the right person. The person in this position would be trained to do indexing/title searching/examining utilizing our inhouse title plant, along with other tasks assigned by management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Indexing recorded documents into our title plant Performing title searches and examinations for title commitments/policies. Assisting customers in person, by telephone, or email. Various other duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience in the title industry would be helpful, but not required.

Education:

High School diploma is required.

Skills:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
