What You'll Own:

Be the connective tissue

•the daily link between Estimating/Project Management, Field crews, and Accounting. Verify field measurements and quantities every day and flag variances before they become problems. Mark repair areas ahead of crews so nobody guesses at scope

•what's staked is what gets built. Capture QC photos that tell the story of every job, from first look to final punch. Read plans, specs, and shop drawings closely enough to catch discrepancies before they cost anyone time or money. Turn daily field data into clean numbers Accounting can bill with confidence. Spot scope changes and field surprises early, and help build the paper trail (RFIs, change orders) to back them up. Bring professionalism and rapport to every client, inspector, and coworker interaction. Jump in wherever else the job needs you.
