Position:

Toddler Teacher (12-20 Months)

Schedule:

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour break) We're seeking an enthusiastic, experienced teacher who loves working with young children and thrives in a collaborative, positive environment.

What You'll Do:

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Create a warm, nurturing classroom where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. Use the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to support each child's growth and development. Communicate effectively with parents and team members.

What We're Looking For:

A positive, high-energy personality. Experience working with toddlers (12-20 months). A commitment to creating a fun and enriching environment for children and coworkers alike.

Desired skills and experience:

Must meet basic requirements of local childcare regulatory agency Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program preferred Knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
