As an Assistant Site Leader, you support daily operations, lead shifts, and help the team deliver consistent, high-quality service by: Setting the tone as the "Director of First Impressions"—welcoming customers and ensuring they leave feeling taken care of Leading by example, coaching and supporting team members Help create a positive, high-performing team environment Ensure brand standards are met every day Other daily responsibilities include: Performing and training on electrical and mechanical equipment Diagnosing issues, repairing or replacing parts, and testing adjustments Managing schedules and supporting team development Conducting shift audits and ensuring processes are followed Handling customer concerns and assisting with damage claims Supporting local marketing efforts and tracking results Keeping the site clean, safe, and running efficiently Is this your opportunity?
