Tool & Die Maker (Direct Hire) 1st Shift | 6:00 AM

• 3:00 PM $28
• $36/hour We are seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing team.

This role is ideal for an experienced machinist who can build, repair, and modify precision tools, dies, molds, and fixtures while working closely with engineering and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine optimal tool paths and machining sequences for fabrication of tools, dies, molds, and fixtures
• Set up and adjust machine tools and CNC equipment
• Interpret blues, CAD/CAM models, and engineering specifications
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metalworking dies, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges
• Troubleshoot production and bench issues and rmend design or material improvements
• Modify tools and dies to match engineering changes and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production teams to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform preventive maintenance and support tool roomanization
• Support low-volume production runs as needed using toolroom equipment

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Tool & Die Maker or in a similar machining role required
• Ability to read and interpret blues and technical drawings
• Experience with CNC machines, lathes, mills, grinders, and related equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude

Pay Details:
