Job Description

Key Responsibilities Design, manufacture, assemble, repair, and sharpen dies, fixtures, gauges, and production equipment. Set up, program, and operate CNC and manual machining equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, presses, and related tools. Read, interpret, and verify blueprints; perform accurate layouts and inspections to tight tolerances (±.0005 inches). Select appropriate materials and prepare metal surfaces through cleaning and deburring. Troubleshoot production equipment and support continuous process improvement. Use precision measuring instruments and perform visual inspections throughout manufacturing processes. Follow safety procedures, maintain reliable attendance, work overtime as required, and contribute to a team-focused, quality-driven environment. Qualifications Completion of a technical school machine tool apprenticeship or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10,000 hours of machining experience. Strong knowledge of machining operations, tooling, hydraulics, pneumatics, and metal forming processes. Advanced mechanical aptitude, strong math skills, and the ability to work independently.
