Description:
What You Will Be Doing As the Tooling Services Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting aircraft sustainment, production, and other Tooling Services functions within a collaborative team environment. You'll interface with multiple cross-functional organizations to address issues or constraints in aircraft sustainment and production, ensuring process integrity across Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Cost parameters. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team and drive operational excellence in a dynamic aerospace environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Support aircraft sustainment, production, and Tooling Services functions.
  • Interface with cross-functional organizations to resolve issues.
  • Establish expectations for task completion to meet schedule performance goals.
  • Manage performance metrics for sustainment, production, and special projects.
  • Oversee the use and disposal of hazardous materials and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Conduct Tooling Services Annual Inventories and manage Tool Room consumable stock.
  • Monitor Company Tool Repair status and manage perishable tools.
  • Implement and enforce cleanliness, housekeeping, and Tool & Foreign Object Debris (FOD) controls.

  • MS Office Experience
  • SAP experience
  • Maximo Experience
  • Experience building tool kits
Desired Skills:
  • Customer Service
  • Experience in an aircraft production, MMRO, or Manufacturing Environment.

  • Portable Tool Request experience

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
