Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Tour Guide (Tour Manager) for an exciting West Coast tour across the United States! In this energetic role, you will lead groups of travelers through iconic destinations, providing engaging commentary, ensuring seamless logistics, and creating memorable experiences. Your leadership, communication skills, and passion for travel will inspire and delight guests from diverse backgrounds. This paid position offers a unique opportunity to showcase your public speaking talents while sharing your love of the West Coast's stunning landscapes and vibrant culture. Responsibilities Lead groups on guided tours across key West Coast destinations, ensuring safety and enjoyment at all times. Deliver lively, informative commentary about local history, culture, and attractions to enhance guest experience. Manage tour logistics efficiently, including timing, route adherence, and coordination with local vendors or service providers. Foster a welcoming environment by addressing guest questions, resolving concerns promptly, and maintaining high customer service standards. Coordinate group activities, assist with boarding and disembarking procedures, and ensure all participants adhere to safety protocols. Utilize multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests when applicable. Demonstrate leadership by guiding less experienced team members and maintaining a positive team atmosphere throughout the tour.
