Tow Truck Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team, experience is not a must. In this role, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance, towing vehicles, and ensuring the safe transportation of vehicles to designated locations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, enabling them to handle various situations with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks and flatbed vehicles to transport disabled vehicles Load and unload vehicles safely and securely, ensuring no damage occurs during transport. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their needs and addressing any concerns. Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, including vehicle condition and mileage. Conduct routine inspections of towing equipment to ensure safety standards are met. Manage conflicts effectively when dealing with customers or law enforcement personnel. Collaborate with dispatchers to respond promptly to calls for assistance. Skills Proficient in driving various types of tow trucks, including flatbed models. Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly. Strong driving skills with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check. Exceptional customer service abilities to ensure client satisfaction.
