Tow Truck Operator As a Tow Truck Operator, you will play a crucial role in providing roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services. Your expertise will ensure that stranded motorists receive timely help. You'll be the hero of the road, helping customers get back on track with a smile! What you'll do Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and wrecker, to safely transport vehicles. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting motorists with vehicle breakdowns and accidents. Load and unload vehicles efficiently while ensuring their safety during transport. Manage conflicts with professionalism and empathy, addressing customer concerns effectively. Maintain accurate records of services rendered and report any incidents or vehicle damages. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during operations. Basic qualifications Strong driving skills and clean driving record. Able to pass drug screenings Able to pass background checks Preferred qualifications Proven ability to handle conflict management with customers in stressful situations. Knowledge of towing, recovery equipment and safety protocols.
