Tower Technician

Sterling Telecommunications is a general contractor specializing in wireless construction in the greater Puget Sound area. We are a safety and quality focused company seeking a like-minded individual to fill the position of Tower Technician. An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: ComTrain or equivalent certification Multiple years of tower climbing experience Experience preferred working with all carriers (specifically Verizon and T-Mobile) Good knowledge of proper rigging techniques A good understanding of antenna installation, TMAs, diplexers, RRUs, coax & fiber mainlines, coax & fiber jumpers, connectors, proper weatherproofing, and grounding Experience with sweep, PIM, and fiber testing Competent with power and hand tools Be willing and physically able to work on tall structures in all types of weather Lives in
