Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Toyota Lube Technician, where your expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair will keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly and safely. In this energetic role, you will perform essential oil changes, tire services, alignments, and other routine maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will contribute to delivering exceptional automotive service, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your mechanic experience within a fast-paced dealership environment dedicated to excellence. Saturdays are required. Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks according to manufacturer specifications Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs or services Assist with vehicle maintenance procedures such as brake inspections, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle's condition and recommended services Support the dealership's service department by handling heavy lifting and assisting with additional mechanical tasks as needed Experience Dealership experience or prior automotive repair background. Hands-on mechanic experience with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance techniques Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Knowledge of automotive systems including engines, brakes, suspension, and tires Service technician experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with excellent customer service skills Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your skills drive success!
