Job Description

Supports import and export compliance operations through trade data maintenance, documentation control, recordkeeping, audit support, and coordination with internal teams and suppliers. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, International Trade, or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in trade compliance, logistics, supply chain, or a related administrative role preferred Internship or coursework exposure to import/export, customs, or global supply chain concepts preferred Basic understanding of international trade, supply chain, or logistics concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Ability to manage data, documentation, and standard processes Ability to follow established procedures and escalate issues appropriately Preferred Skills Experience maintaining product trade data, including HTS, Country of Origin, and supplier declarations Experience supporting product classification documentation and database maintenance Experience coordinating with suppliers, procurement, and internal stakeholders for compliance information Experience preparing compliance certificates, origin statements, and trade-related documentation Experience with import and export transaction recordkeeping and audit support Experience reviewing broker documentation and shipment records Experience maintaining records in ERP, GTM, or reporting tools such as JDE and Excel Experience with KPI reporting, data pulls, and basic trade operations analytics Experience supporting internal or external audits Experience preparing reports, presentations, and training materials Job Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support for import and export compliance activities Collect, maintain, and organize product trade data, including HTS, Country of Origin, and supplier declarations Support product classification activities by preparing documentation, entering data, and maintaining internal classification databases Coordinate with supply, procurement, and internal stakeholders to obtain required compliance information from suppliers Prepare and track customer compliance certificates, origin statements, and trade-related documentation Perform data entry, validation, and recordkeeping for import and export transactions to support audit readiness Monitor broker documentation and shipment records for completeness and escalate discrepancies as needed Support entry audits by organizing records, compiling reports, and tracking findings Maintain and update trade compliance records in ERP, GTM, and reporting tools Assist with KPI reporting, data pulls, and basic analytics related to trade operations Participate in internal trainings and compliance awareness initiatives related to import and export regulations Follow established SOPs and desk-level instructions to support compliant trade transactions Support ongoing maintenance of trade compliance procedures and documentation Assist with internal data requests related to trade compliance and customs activity Provide administrative support during internal and external audits Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and training materials Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on trade data accuracy and process efficiency Support special projects assigned by trade operations leadership
Pay:
