Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and versatile Tradesman/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the smooth progress of site operations. Duties Assist with the setup, teardown, and organization of construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to support various construction tasks Perform demolition, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a tidy and hazard-free work environment Support carpentry tasks such as framing, door hanging, trim carpentry, and cabinetry installation Aid in concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, and other foundational activities Assist with roofing, stucco application, plastering, caulking, and painting projects as needed Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and assist skilled tradespeople accordingly Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is highly preferred Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is essential Ability to read blueprints and schematics for various construction tasks Knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, and building materials such as glass, tile, flooring, and masonry Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and supporting team members Join us if you're eager to grow your career in construction!
